As anyone should do, we periodically review the services we have to try and find comparable service for better rates. We decided on going with a Comcast business class phone and internet because they offer a faster internet connection and comparable phone service, with decent customer service and a little better rate. We signed the agreement and decided to get our service changed. Somewhere along the way signals got crossed and comcast switched our phone numbers without initiating the service.
